24 Hour Replacement Service For Faulty Handsets

If your phone is faulty, Orange are the ONLY network to have a 24 hour faulty handset replacement system in place, all the other business networks require you to send in your handset with NO replacement, which can then take up to a month to get fixed!

We don't think you should have to wait, or pay, if your handset is faulty. So we now include a 24 hour replacement service for faulty handsets as standard on specified business plans.

  • We replace faulty handsets (like for like), SIMs and chargers free - usually within 24 hours of agreeing the fault.
  • Batteries are also covered for the first 6 months.
  • If your service plan includes faulty handset replacement there is no additional charge for it.
  • An administration fee may be payable for claims.
