Console Assistant
Console Assistant with hosted VoIP from Cortel, makes managing a large number of calls for your business easy.
A company receptionist, for example, can use Console Assistant to answer and transfer calls to the extension listed in the directory, via their PC. Calls can also be placed on hold or camped on an extension. The receptionist can also retrieve and manage voicemail for the main company number.
Console Assistant provides a variety of information about the calls being handled. The information collected by various Console Assistant components is organised into categories that are marked by tabs.
Cortel's Advanced ACD capabilities enable service providers to offer their enterprise customers advanced call handling capabilities that are typically available only to large companies with expensive PBX systems.
