If your organisation has 80 or more mobiles, Mobile Extension can combine your fixed and mobile phones under a single numbering plan, company mobiles simply become extensions to the main office telephone system through either a fixed or virtual link between your company's fixed voice network and our network. Internal calls can then be made to any mobile extension number in the same way as a fixed extension, wherever the mobile user is making calls. This gives you the convenience of short code dialing for all company numbers, fixed or mobile and reduces the cost of calls made between your company mobiles and fixed lines.
With Mobile Extension, you can even have up to six people on a conference call.
Calls From Fixed Lines Are Cheaper Too…
With Mobile Extension with Carrier Pre-Select, O2 can connect all calls made from your office premises, not just calls to mobiles; this could offer significant savings on your existing landline bills. All you need is existing BT lines and we will do the rest. Calls to 999, 100 and unmetered Internet (084404, 080899) calls will continue to be billed to BT.

With Mobile Extension Zones1 you can also save on company mobile calls made within your offices, just tell us the postal codes of your buildings and we will set it all up for you, this could mean free mobile calls within your offices to other company numbers.

An O2 Customer Project Manager will work with you on site to ensure that Mobile Extension is installed seamlessly. We’ll also help you communicate the change to your employees and produce user guides that are specifically tailored to your company. In addition, some time after the Implementation we will undertake a Healthcheck to ensure your set up is still offering you the best benefit.

The low monthly subscription means that you only pay for what you use. You’ll also save on calls made from office fixed line phones to company mobiles and vice versa, as well as calls made between company mobiles. This includes mobile calls to up to 250 sites in your company. You can also enjoy the discounted call rate to up to 10 external mobile numbers of your choice – allowing you to save on calls to key suppliers or customers.
