Orange Care
Orange Care is the most comprehensive phone cover there is. Again most networks charge £8-12 to insure the Nokia handsets and £12-18 for the iPhone. Orange have a flat rate of £6 for the Nokia and £12 for the iPhone, both optional.
Phone Replacement Usually Within 24 Hours
What would you do if your phone was lost, stolen, damaged or develops a fault? Get Orange Care and you won't have to worry. We aim to get a replacement phone in your hands within 24 hours of your claim being accepted (a £15 admin fee applies to all accepted claims). You'll also need to contact Orange immediately for all claims and the local police for loss, theft and malicious damage but in any event within 48 hours of discovery.

- all replacements will be delivered directly to your specified address in the UK

Free Reconnection
The reconnection charge to Orange, the transfer of all your Service Plan details and the replacement of your original phone number are free.
A £15 Administration Fee may be applied to all accepted claims.
Orange Care payments will be shown as separate items on your bill each month. Insurance premiums are exempt from VAT and include Insurance Premium Tax at the current rate.
