What is Hosted, Voice over IP?
It is the outsourcing of your telephone system and the routing of your call traffic over an internet connection. To do this you need IP handsets, a router, an internet connection and a hosted IP telephony service provider. In fact it is more than just this, it is about making your telephone service do more for your business both internally and externally. It’s about helping you generate more business and be more productive.
How would it benefit my business?

What about reliability?
There is actually less to go wrong than with the traditional way you route your call traffic. Our network switch has five nines reliability ie it will work 99.999% of the time - this will be much more reliable than your current phone system.
Because our Hosted VoIP service typically saves 20-40% on you existing telephony budget, you could, if so inclined, build in extra resilience by provisioning multiple IP routes, thereby protecting telephony continuity to 100% reliability.
There is also built in disaster recovery with our hosted service –should your building burn down your telephone numbers and voicemail for example will be instantly routed to a back up destination and a new telephone system can be replicated within hours.
